eToro deposit problem after membership upgrade

I have been unable to deposit into my e-Toro account following my membership upgrade. The message says I have exceeded my card transactions for new registrations and have to wait 24 hours. I have been a verified registered user for over a month without experiencing any deposit issues. Of course the customer service centre isn't working and the chat bot says no one is available to help. So much for member services.

What country are you from and what card did you use? I haven't experienced any issues with the live chat. They do have some delays for a few minutes but there's always someone that's available after the queue has lessened.
