An eToro user planning to move to a country where eToro is not available

I am planning to move permanently to Pakistan and was wondering if I would still be able to use eToro from there ? I am citizen of EU as well so my identity document remains the same in eToro but my residential address would change.

salmanmanekia You will be able to use the platform there without any issues since it was designed to be accessible from anywhere. Should eToro require you to update your account details, which will require your current address, then that will probably be the time where you will have an issue since you will need to send them a new proof of address (POA) such as your current billing statement any recent document that has your full address. As long as you still have a recent document which has your address in EU that you can use as POA, then that wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise, you might need to get in touch with the eToro customer support department regarding this concern.

I had to move to a country that was authorized and even so I had to make changes. In the documentation says that Pakistan is not allowed for new users, and I don't understand why remark the new user phrase if is for all users, maybe those who already have an account can do something

Then it's a point to take in account, possibly you can't, but i thing the best way to ensure this at 100% is making an assistance request to the support team with your case for make sure about this 100%.
