Is eToro good for long-term investments?

I've read a lot of comments that eToro is ideal for day trading but how about long-term investments? What's your take on this?

It wasn't before since they only offer CFDs but now that eToro is offering real stocks and ETFs, you can also have a portfolio comprised of long-term investments. In addition, their fees are reasonable and it's even commission-free if you're going to place long positions on eToro stocks and ETFs without leverage,

For stocks and ETFs, yes as long as these are real investments (you're buying real assets and holding them). For CFDs, no. CFDs are ideal for short-term trading only since they are volatile and are a leveraged product.
