Bug on eToro Stats

Good morning, I have a question about a trade transaction on ADS.DE on Nov 10 2021
It looks like a bug on stats data on the eToro platform. The trade closed on a value that was too low, and not in the stats 24h high low.
According to official stats the day low is 276.05, but the trade was closed at 270, causing money loss.
I would like to know if eToro solves this kind of issues with a refund? Or if the money is lost?

eto This is the first that I've heard of such a thing. You can try contacting eToro's customer support and raise this concern about it. Better prepare some screenshots about the stats (I suggest you screenshot the exact time when the position was closed) so you can show to them that it shouldn't have closed at that value since it never reached that amount based on the price history.
