Fijal Hi guys. I'm planning to open an account with Etoro but I'd like to know first you are getting charged whenever you're making a deposit on your account. Is it high or is there a minimum amount that I need to deposit to avoid the fees? Looking forward to hearing your answers. Thank you 🙂
Polly No. Making a deposit on your eToro account won't incur you with any charges or fees. It's important though to check with your payment service provider such as your bank or e-wallet if you will be charged for using their service to fund your trading account so this is more of a third party thing and is no longer on eToro's side. Another matter that you should be aware of is that all deposits to the account are in US dollars so if you will be funding your account with a different currency then you will be charged by eToro with a conversion fee (e.g. GBP to USD).
