Withdraw / convert Bitcoin in etoro money to available cash

Hi, I have a very small holding of BTC ($66 equivalent) in the etoro Money Crypto wallet with ideally I would withdraw as cash or move into my etoro portfolio as available cash to invest. All I can find is a note saying you cannot only send to an external wallet. I don’t have an external wallet and don’t really want to set one up. If I HAVE to do this, which one could I use so I can convert to cash please.

Same issue happening with me. Earlier I was able to contact customer representative he helped me but this time whenever I tried to reach them all lines are busy. I don't understand why?
